Custom Orders

My capacity to take on custom orders is quite low, however if you have a special project in mind, send an email to hello@staceysceramics.com and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Shipping

Orders ship from Byron Bay, Australia.

Shipping is avaliable worldwide.

Allow 3-5 days for your order to be dispatched.

Please review your delivery address when checking out as we take no responsibility for additional shipping costs if the delivery address is incorrect or if the package is lost due to incorrect information.

International customers: If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us and we will add it with the correct rate.
Please check your countries local customs policies. All additional charges or duties are the customers responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

We generally do not offer returns or refunds but will consider on a case by case basis, contact us as soon as possible after receiving goods to discuss.

If however, your order arrives damaged, please send an email to hello@staceysceramics.com with photos of the damaged item, as well as the internal and external condition of the packaging. (These are required for us to lodge an insurance claim with Auspost). We will arrange for either a refund or, where possible, a replacement of the damaged item.

All sales for seconds and sample pieces are final.

Wholesale & Collaborations

Currently we are not taking on any wholesale orders.

Ceramic Care Instructions

Although each Stacey’s Ceramics piece is technically dishwasher and microwave safe, it is recommended that you hand wash in warm soapy water and limit microwave use as handwashing is less abrasive and may extend the life of your piece.

Seconds pieces should be handwashed only and are not microwave safe.
